I.C.C looked to me International Cricket Council rather than Indian Cricket Council by arranging such a good qualifying series, FIFA.is most important, progressed and rich organization of any sports of the world, it may be due to involvement of nearly all the nations through out the glob, all teams of the world are invited to play qualifying rounds for Soccer world cup but I.C.C don't want Cricket to progressed other than India, this step make the world bussy in the cricket, this match has nothing to deal with test cricket playing nations but important for the cricket and for other than test cricket playing nations.
